DJ Louis C has been on the decks since he was a teenager, and like most DJs his very early performances were either friends parties or his own bedroom sessions.

His first decks were a pair of

second-hand belt-drives with a Stanton two channel mixer, which though being frustrating to work with they still taught the basic techniques. In those days all Louis’ time and hard earned wages went into Dj’ing, with constant upgrades to equipment and always more ‘Latest Tunes’ to order.

systems where you could plug your own mic in and MC over the top of whatever you wanted, and in Westy's case it was the old ‘Garage Gold’ / ‘Garage Nation’ tape packs, so it sounded like he was up there with the big boys live on stage! Little did he know that he would be living his dream a few years down the line!

As SweetBeatz grow from strength to strength with a mass of big club / big name experience and a growing fan base, the future for SweetBeatz, both in the clubs as well as the production studio, seems set to be meteoric.
